The restaurant was exclusive with an amazing view over Florence, I tried hot dishes. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and an amazing view of the town and surrounding area. In general the service was excellent. I had really amazing days staying at this small hotel.

Their staff were not very helpful.

We stayed in a suite with complimentary tea, a beautiful bathroom, and a balcony for 4 days, the breakfast was exceptional and served in a cozy dining area.

The hotel is fairly clean. the reception desk staff are lovely and good. - the breakfast is particularly good and delicious, with plenty of hot and cold dishes. - the location is great and brilliant, with a train station close by.

The staff at Hotel Kraft were amazing and wonderful. They provided us with a fantastic room with privacy between parties. - the location in the heart of Florence was pleasant and convenient.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet residential area just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful river Arno. It was so peaceful and serene, yet still within easy walking distance to the bustling city center. I especially loved being able to take a leisurely stroll along the river to reach the famous Ponte Vecchio in just 10 minutes.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Kraft. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a charming small balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, not too far from the city center but in a quiet area near the river. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and were always welcoming and friendly.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be to have a wider menu selection.
